I am responsible for ordering staff for events and for continuous cover when short staffed. This includes events, business dinners, a royal visit and civic events. This has all happened without any problems occurring.
The chefs’ professionalism has been outstanding. We have also had various emails with compliments on the standard of catering that is being produced and also the quality of service.
