With over 35 years of passion and experience within the catering and facilities industry, HCS Recruitment Ltd was formed to provide a quality service to a host of clients in Sheffield. We’ve quickly grown to cover All of Yorkshire’s counties , Derbyshire and into Lincolnshire.

Like you, I once was a client to agencies, tired of the same old problems: untrained staff, language barriers, no communication about bookings, staff letting me down at short notice, wrong uniforms and scruffy appearance, no client visit to get a better understanding of your business and how you run it… so I decided to set-up HCS to make a difference and change how catering staffing agencies are seen.

Unlike some large agencies, we try to offer a more personal touch tailored to your business needs as all clients are different. With a fresh approach to supplying the events, catering and facilities industries, we offer a quality back-up service of readily trained staff either on a temporary or permanent basis. We may not be the biggest agency but don’t let that put you off; this allows us to offer more competitive prices as we don’t carry the overheads.

Our phone lines don’t close at 5 pm with the office doors, like most of our clients, we are a 24/7 operation. We are a service industry and we know your requirements don’t disappear outside of office hours, so we work with you and man our lines when you need them, offering peace of mind and support when you need it.

HCS has a growing network of clients across Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire and the rest of the UK, including hotels, restaurants, stadiums, contract caterers, outdoor caterers, stately homes and National Trust sites, facilities management companies, care homes and industrial cleaners and caterers.

Our primary goal is simple: recruit or supply the best trained staff or candidates for your positions, whether temporary or permanent. We will use all of our combined knowledge of the hospitality, catering staff and facilities industry to provide a service that is second to none.

For schools and the care sector all our staff will be DBS checked if required and will arrive on site with a photo ID badge issued by HCS, and we ensure every team member we supply has passed basic English and arithmetic tests.
